That’s why we give you a period of 14 days in which you can return your purchase without any charge beyond shipping costs. You can return items by post within 14 days of purchase or to one of our stores. Items such as earrings cannot be returned if they have been used for purely hygienic reasons. All items when returned must be in their original packaging, unused and accompanied by all the documents (warranty, etc.) with which we delivered them to you.<\/p>
