A: Our aim is to make your experience of shopping online from us as easy and pleasant as possible. As a customer your are very important to us and the need to make our website easy to use was imperative and absolute.

Buying online has never been easier, below is a step by step guide to help you place your order.

INFORMATION

Browse our pages and choose from the products in our catalog. You can find our separate product groups in KIDS – BabyQ or choose to see all the categories with their products and use the search by choosing the filters you want or even a combination of the above for an even more targeted search if you know exactly what are you looking for.

When you find the item that seems to interest you, you can click on its image to see a large photo and description with its quality features, price, etc.

If you are happy and like the item, you can choose the quantity you want and add it to your shopping cart. You can choose at this point to continue shopping or complete your purchase by choosing packaging, shipping and payment method, etc.

At this stage you provide us with your details so that we can process the order and send you your products. The information we need is your name, shipping and billing address (may be different), etc. When you are satisfied you can proceed to the payment stage.

You are ready at this point to provide your details for your payment to be made. Just fill in the details according to the payment method you chose, once the details are provided you can just wait while we do the rest for you. Your purchase will arrive at the address you gave us in the shortest possible time.

We accept all known credit cards (visa/MasterCard/American Express/Diners Club etc) and with interest-free installments via your credit card as well as you can pay via PayPal whether you have an account or not as it is not necessary, by cash on delivery or by deposit to our bank account. In any case, you can contact our service team to discuss any question you may have and to solve any possible problem in the best possible way for you.

Our aim is to deliver your parcel at the delivery time indicated for each product through the Door-to-Door service of ELTA and Geniki Tachydromiki for deliveries in Greece and TNT/FedEx for countries outside Greece which are the courier companies we work with. In the event that for any reason we cannot guarantee the delivery of the package within this period, we will notify you in time by telephone to tell us if you still wish us to carry out your order.

We, the team at Q-Jewelery stores are committed to our goal, that you will be completely satisfied every time you make a purchase from us. However, we understand that there is a possibility that you may wish to return a product for your own personal reasons. That’s why we give you a period of 14 days in which you can return your purchase without any charge beyond shipping costs. We simply note that your refund will be made upon receipt of the returned product by us.

You can return items by post within 14 days of purchase or to one of our stores. Items such as earrings cannot be returned if they have been used for purely hygienic reasons. All items when returned must be in their original packaging, unused and accompanied by all the documents (warranty, etc.) with which we delivered them to you.

 

Items that have been altered from their original form in any way, e.g. they have been engraved, they cannot be returned or exchanged except of course in the case of a defect.

Our website has been designed to take precautionary measures for the security of your personal data. For example, you need an email address and your password to view your personal information on the computer screen. Also our website uses encryption of the information sent between our server and the web browser you are using. If there is no activity for a long period of time, the website will log you out and you will have to re-login by entering your email address and password again.

 

In order to provide the best possible service we may keep some information about, for example, the product you purchased, your billing address and information about the delivery of the product. However, we are committed to the security of this information and to keeping it confidential and under no circumstances will we sell or rent this information to other companies or third parties. Products purchased can be shipped anywhere, regardless of the address of the person who made the purchase (not applicable to cash on delivery purchases). This option allows you to surprise someone by sending their gift home. However, the bill will be sent to the address of the person who completed the payment of the order.

With every product we send from Q stores, we also send a purchase note which is also a proof of purchase. This contains information such as the buyer’s name and address, the product(s) purchased along with their price(s) and the consolidated bill. Please keep receipts in case of return.

Our website is designed so that you can specify your choices and preferences to narrow down your search results. You can choose from a number of criteria such as the brand of the product, its material, who it is aimed at and more. You can also very simply search for the product you are interested in using keywords.
